The
Network is a membership only, subscription based on line
community specifically designed to offer services, support,
advice and guidance to those who are facing redundancy,
or whose jobs have already been made redundant and who have
now left or are leaving employment.
Some of you may have been offered what is often referred
to as Outplacement, in which case some, but not all of the
services offered here, may duplicate what is available to
you from those services offered by your Outplacement provider.
Some of you may have left your last employment through redundancy,
may be working again, but may still feel the need to dip
into the opportunities, community and new insights, that
this network and this site provides.

been, in the same situation as you, and with whom you can
openly and constructively share and discuss, for example,
your feelings, emotions, anger, relief (or elation!), or perhaps

or all of which we hope you will find useful as you work
through the various natural stages and effects of redundancy
