Welcome to the 1st UK Redundancy Network
Welcome to the 1st UK Redundancy Network

The Network is a membership only, subscription based on line community specifically designed to offer services, support, advice and guidance to those who are facing redundancy, or whose jobs have already been made redundant and who have now left or are leaving employment.

Some of you may have been offered what is often referred to as Outplacement, in which case some, but not all of the services offered here, may duplicate what is available to you from those services offered by your Outplacement provider.

Some of you may have left your last employment through redundancy, may be working again, but may still feel the need to dip into the opportunities, community and new insights, that this network and this site provides.

The Network is provided through the offices of Business and Professional (BP) Partners Ltd.

What does the Redundancy Network provide?

o an opportunity to network with others who may be, or have been, in the same situation as you, and with whom you can openly and constructively share and discuss, for example, your feelings, emotions, anger, relief (or elation!), or perhaps some new facts, insights, processes or possibilities that you have discovered, which may, or may not have worked for you.

o

a suite of tools, techniques, templates and processes some or all of which we hope you will find useful as you work through the various natural stages and effects of redundancy and return your life, and that of others around you, to a new balance.

o a growing and central source of information relevant to all those in some way connected with redundancy.

o a reference list of books, articles, web site links and other sources of information.

o a growing list of national and regional suppliers of related services from other organisations.
